I booked a two-room service apartment, and both rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel's central location also made it easy to get to tourist spots. Room service let me down, though. I was there for four nights and asked to have the room cleaned, but nobody came.
The workers were very polite and the hospitality was good. Mr Essaaa is a humble, respectable person. God bless you all and the owner.
The staff were cooperative, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting area were all nice and clean. As in other apartments in abha and khamis, there's one Arabic-style bathroom, so basically you only have one bathroom to use. Everything else was good.
A great choice for families, and it's near Saudi German Hospital. The rooms are very cute, with neat toilets. There's a sofa set, TV units, a fridge, and other utensils.
I really liked the bedroom at this quiet, clean hotel, and the cleaning was good. Prices were good too, even in summer. The Wi-Fi is 5G, and the security made me feel safe, especially as a woman alone. Hope you love your stay 🫰🏻
