The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms were very clean. I especially want to commend the Egyptian guy at the night reception. The staff deserve praise and appreciation. 10/10.

This is a new hotel building with spacious, clean rooms and basic facilities, at a very affordable price for a family stay. Reception and room service were welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is simple and served in the room for an extra charge. There's also a small gym and a small swimming pool, both with extra charges, and the pool is good for kids. Parking is available in the basement, with plenty of street parking around the hotel too. The stay and service are worth what you pay.

The rooms and the rest of the place were clean, and everyone on staff was nice and polite. I had a great stay at South Hotel Suites in Khamis Mushayt and highly recommend it. Many thanks to Mr. Selim, the manager, and Mr. Sehag for the excellent service and support. I have a lot of respect for you both!

Our five-person group spent four nights in the double bedroom suite, and everything felt clean and modern. Breakfast arrived on time each morning, and housekeeping was spot on. We'd happily give it seven stars. A great choice around Abha and Khamis Mushait.

They charged me extra for no good reason. The service was the worst I've ever had at a hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It felt like they just wanted to take people's money 💰
