Nofa Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Resort

At SAR 2,898 a night, I expected the heated pool to be ready for my kids. We checked in at 12:30, but the water was very cold, and we were first told it would take 3 hours to warm up. Five hours later, the estimate had changed to 6-8 hours, which left the children without a pool for the day and defeated the point of paying that rate. The same thing happened to me last year, so this doesn't seem like a one-off. If heating is delayed to cut operating costs, guests should be told before they book or check in.

Asif from the concierge team made a big difference during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent and everything was handled with care. We had an amazing experience, and I'll definitely come back. I'd recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great hospitality.

At Butcher’s Den in NOFA Radisson Resort, the food was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Nabila, Ngari, Dexter, and Pradeep were warm, attentive, and professional, and their personal touch made the meal even better. The musician also sang the song I requested. Really recommend it for the food and service.

Nofa is a lovely escape from the city, and my friends and I had so much fun. I always enjoy coming back, and this time I wished we could stay longer. The massage therapists were professional and made the treatment really relaxing. I love spa visits, and I can recommend Nofa’s spa. I forgot the therapists’ names, but I do remember the buggy driver who helped with our luggage. I think his name was Gurpricin, and he really made our day. Such a good man. Thanks, Nofa. Can't wait to return ❤️
