I used to live in KAEC in 2014, and the city has improved and developed a lot since then. There are different kinds of apartments, with ice cream, small fast food chains, restaurants, parks, and a swimming pool nearby. The building has a shared room with a pool table, ping pong table, TV, and small kitchen for parties, plus a playground. There aren’t many expats here, though.
