The counter guy was nice and helped keep our luggage, then sent it up to the room. They also provided welcome fruit. The price was okay compared with other hotels. The toilet was clean and the room was okay, but the carpet is too old and really needs changing.

The location is about a 10-minute walk to Masjid e Nabwi gate 310, and the staff were good and tried their best to help. Still, the room was unhygienic. The carpet looked decades old, was dirty and smelled, and the refrigerator reeked of rotten eggs. Basic things were missing, including a tea kettle, toiletries, an iron, and towels at first. I had to keep reminding staff for clean towels, drinking water, and room cleaning.

For the price, this place just wasn’t worth it. The service was extremely poor, the rooms were dirty and had old furniture, and the bathrooms were badly maintained and unhygienic. Staff came across as rude and unprofessional, with no respect for guests. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The room was so cramped I could barely take a step, and the carpet stank as if it had never been cleaned. The air conditioners made a noise like a 5000 cc engine, so sleeping was impossible. A broken window kept the room hot. Someone from engineering came, moved the AC grills by hand, and left it at that. Room: 0/10 Cleaning: -5/10 Service: 0/10 Room space: 0/10 They charge a lot and can’t provide a simple room. May Allah give the building’s management some sense. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
