After a 30-hour trip from Australia, my family arrived for our first umrah expecting the luxury room with mountain views that we'd booked more than a month ahead. Instead, they gave us a different room. We showed the booking and explained, but they said there was nothing they could do and told us to cancel if we wanted. They wouldn't put us in the right room unless we cancelled, and they were going to charge us more. They showed no care or kindness, and the whole situation made us want to cancel. Once we did, they rushed us out. We ended up outside with our luggage, trying to find somewhere to stay. We're deeply saddened and disappointed by how we were treated. How can a room booked so far in advance be given away like that? They didn't even apologize. Was there money manipulation? Haram…Zulm… Allah (swt) knows what happened and how we feel. I ask Allah (swt) to punish them.

My wife is pregnant, and after traveling from overseas we were told to leave within five minutes. We'd booked the luxury mountain view room well in advance, but on arrival they gave us a different room. I showed them the booking, but they didn't care and told us to cancel if we weren't happy. There wasn't even an apology. When I go to Masjid al haram, I will pray to Allah (swt) to PUNISH everyone working there who did this to us. Allah (SWT) knows everything, and you will be punished. Do not book this hotel.

I booked a room a month before my ummrah trip, and they confirmed it. Then, just before I was due to fly this month, they cancelled the booking and refunded me. I've messaged them and got no response. I assume they overbooked and gave my room to someone paying more, though I don't know for sure. If that's what happened, I ask Allah to deal with them. Do not book here.

I asked for the room to be cleaned on my third day, but they never did it and kept ignoring me. I stayed for five days. The receptionist wasn't professional.

I've stayed in hotels around the world, but I've never seen staff so uninterested or service so poor. They manipulate prices. Local employees sit behind their desks staring at their phones like zombies and don't greet guests passing by. The cleaning staff get shouted at and humiliated in front of guests, which is simply inhumane. There weren't any hangers or hooks for clothes in the room. For what they charge, I should have checked into a 5* hotel instead. Once, and never again.
