The internet didn't work during my stay, and the TV cable reception was poor. The area was quiet, and the place was clean. It's a little far from the Haram, exactly 1.1 km from Gate 310, but the route is clean and safe, with an underground walkway, escalators, and lifts for wheelchairs. Most of the staff are Bangladeshi and well behaved.

The renovated rooms are just fine, with a fridge and cupboard, but the noise makes it hard to sleep. There was no WiFi, toilet paper, or towels, and the room still hadn't been cleaned after three days, even though I asked every day. There's parking, plus a small hotel tuck shop that charges more than the market. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Haram.

We went six days without a room cleaner, and there was no room service either. Masjid e nabvi is a 15-minute walk away. Edit 1: We got room service after three nights. Please put a small wiper in each bathroom so guests can wipe it themselves.

The rooms were awful, there was no service, and they don't have attached bathrooms. It definitely wasn't what was shown. This was a terrible experience. If you're coming to madinah, book somewhere else.
