Al Ghazali Suites

Yusuf, the reservation manager, was a big help with our booking, and we stayed in a deluxe room. My family and I had a pleasant visit. A young man at reception welcomed us kindly, and everyone we met was helpful and nice. There was complimentary tea, coffee, and water at reception. My mother nearly lost her bag, but the team helped check the suite's CCTV. We found the bag later that day. We'll definitely come back soon. :)

We had to ask for a kettle for chai and some extra towels, but the staff brought them promptly and were very helpful. The rooms were a decent size, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds looked a little dirty, though that may just have been my impression. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room quality was okay, but it's far from the masjid. Service was very bad, and the staff came across as arrogant.

Last Ramadan, my family and I stayed here, and it felt more like home than a hotel. The owners treated us so well and helped us with everything we needed. Since we were their first customers, they even gave us food, and it was delicious, Ma sha Allah. Their help made the trip more meaningful and memorable for all of us. I wish them success in their business, In sha Allah.
