Al Saha Hotel by Sedra International

The only thing we liked was the location. The furniture was broken, the room wasn't clean enough, and the beds and linen had stains. Towels were very old, the faucet was broken, and sometimes there was no hot water. The access cards mostly didn't work, and nobody picked up the phone for service. Too expensive for what you get. It needs a renovation and new management for sure. The photos shown are too old.

At least it's close to the masjid-al Nabawi, which is one of the only good things here. The rooms are just middling, the Internet is terrible and sometimes switched off, and the TV doesn't work. The bathroom is too small, and the roofs leak. Pretty disappointing. Worst hotel ever, 1.5 stars.

We stayed at Al Saha Hotel, room 404. The food was good, and the bell boys were polite and helpful. The room was very dusty and dim because the lighting wasn't enough. Reception staff should improve their English for overseas guests at an international hotel. The elevators need more capacity since waits get long at busy times. The doors are in poor condition, the bathroom ceramic tiles need renovating, and the toilet looks yellow and worn. With the room condition and finish, it feels more like a motel. I think proper maintenance and upgrades could make the guest experience much better.

You said there'd be a bus every 15 minutes to take people to and from the Holy Masjid. A few of us older hotel guests waited by the road for over 20 minutes, but no bus came. We ended up walking back to your hotel, and one of us had a helping round stool in his hands. Hill Hotel and GH hotel had buses every 5 minutes. As an old man, I was tired and very disappointed. Bad experience. Please keep your promise, otherwise you fast for 3 days.
