The only drawback for me was how far it is from the Haram. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated, and there’s a big lobby, an in-house saloon, and a coffee shop. Customer service was good, and the cleaning staff were cooperative.
It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Haram, though private cabs and taxis are available for 5/10 SAR. Pakistani restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious for reasonable prices, and the service is quick. Mr.Sujan is very nice and helpful, available to arrange cleaning, laundry, food delivery, and other needed services. Wifi, a fridge, and a kettle are available, but water and tea aren’t included. There’s a cafe in the facility. I’d suggest having a dedicated space for Masjid and making sure receptionists can speak or understand English.

Masjid al nabawwi is about a 15-minute walk away, and the price is affordable compared with other options near haram. Some basic items, including a cloth iron, hair-dryer, water bottle, and tea bags, weren’t provided as part of the stay.
The rooms were clean and spacious, and the coffee shop offers room service. Water is available at the market price, which is the best part. The front desk staff were quite unprofessional and uncooperative.
