The quad rooms have plenty of space, and housekeeping staff were okay. But the receptionist was very rude, and basic necessities were missing. At this price, you can find somewhere better.

They wouldn’t give me the A.C remote for the room I’d paid for. I wanted to adjust it myself, but they said I had to come to reception every time I wanted to change the temperature or swing. The reception staff were extremely rude and didn’t treat me well. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel. There’s no respect for guests.

The cupboard has no rod for hanging clothes, and there are plenty of other problems. The staff are impolite and unfriendly, don’t help, and won’t provide the information you need. Wifi is very slow and unreliable, disconnecting often and mostly not working in the rooms. I had to go to the corridors or ground floor to get it to work.

Dirty rooms, rude staff, and no customer care at all. It was a horrible stay for what we paid. Avoid Burj mawadda hotel in Madina.

The rooms are great and the hotel feels like a 5-star place. It’s also close to masjid e nawabi. The food needs improvement.
