A reasonable place to stay for budget travelers, especially during peak periods when prices at the main location are high.

The hotel, rooms, and service were good, and the price was reasonable. The location is a little far from Masjid Al Nabwi, so it's a good option for people with their own car.

Very good hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Islam and the night shift room service.

We had a two-bedroom apartment for our big family, but got no support from hotel management. The hotel is overhyped and overpriced, far from Haram, and the bathrooms were unclean and badly arranged. Housekeeping didn't come unless we asked. Based on what we experienced, it wasn't worth the 3-star rating shown in the listing.

There was no working geyser anywhere in the hotel, and no other way to get hot water in 23degree!! The bedroom AC leaked, and rain came in through the window. Once we'd paid, reception didn't seem to care about any of it. Really bad experience. Never recommend this place, zero value for money!!!!!!
