Diyar Al Taqwa Hotel

Breakfast was a great start to the day before heading to Al Masjid an Nabawi. The buffet had lots of fresh, delicious options, was well presented, and kept replenished, with choices for guests from different backgrounds and preferences. The location is very close to the Haram, which made prayers and visits convenient, especially for families and older guests. The staff across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant were respectful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They were always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, organized, and carefully refreshed every day, and the cleanliness standards made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Our stay at Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel in Medina was exceptional. Comfort, cleanliness, service, and location all came together well. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and I’d gladly stay again on my next visit and recommend it to others.

The location is a real gem, right by the Prophet's SAW biography museum in Masjid Nabawi. Even during peak umrah season, cleanliness was top notch, and every concierge I met was excellent, helpful, and smiling. The older female receptionist could have been better.

What stood out most was the staff. They were kind and helpful, going beyond their professional duties with a genuinely humane, refined manner. The hotel is close to the Prophet's Mosque peace and blessings be upon him, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has plenty of variety for different tastes.

Their warm hospitality, good manners, and kindness left a lasting positive impression, and we hope to return, insha’Allah. May Allah bless all three and reward them for the comfort and ease they give guests. Kabinur prepared our room with care, noticed the little details, and was thoughtful and kind whenever we interacted. Mohamed Ibrahim was welcoming and patient, and helped everything feel smooth and comfortable. From the moment we arrived at Elaf Al Taqwa, Reda made us feel at ease with his genuine warmth and calm manner. He has a natural way of looking after guests, and each interaction with him made the stay feel special.
