The rooms are good for the price, and the shuttle drops you near the main area where the posh hotels begin. From there it's about a six-minute walk to the mosque courtyard, with the ladies' entrance right in front. The main shops, Taiba shopping centre, and Bin Dawood are easy to reach. We stayed for the first ten days of December 2025, travelling from Manchester U.K. Alhamdulillah, we really enjoyed this beautiful place in Madinah. It lives up to its name. The staff and service were amazing, caring and considerate, and they always put guests first. They truly represent the character of Rasoolullah peace and blessings be upon him ❤ Majd was mostly in charge. He smiled and handled everything quickly and respectfully. Marwan, Ahmad Muhammad, Ali, and even Talal, I think that was his name, the security guard, were all courteous and helpful. Sajid bhai drove the shuttle, and he was kind, punctual, and patient. Very good. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the blessed city, and I'd definitely stay again. WELL DONE DIYARUS SALIHEEN👏 Hamid U.K.

Everyone was smiling and made us feel at home. Alhamdullilah, I’d love to return here in sha Allah. The service and location were excellent, the staff so friendly and helpful, and the shuttle was a 10/10. Brother Marwan was one of the politest, humblest, most helpful people I’ve met. Brother Sajid, the busy driver, was patient, punctual, and so helpful. Brother Muhammad- Abu Hamdi was kind and helpful too. Alhamdullilah, may they all be blessed.

My family and I felt welcome throughout our stay. The staff were kind, respectful, and always ready to help with a real smile. They even rearranged the beds several times without hesitation. We’re grateful to the whole team for their professionalism and warm hospitality, and would absolutely stay again. The shuttle to the mosque was excellent, though a return time extended by even 10 minutes would be more convenient. There was tea in the room but no coffee. Coffee is available if you ask, but having it or a coffee machine in the room would be a nice addition. I’d happily give this residence five stars ⭐️.

The rooms are clean and spacious for the price, and the place is quiet and safe. It's close to Jabal Uhud, with a grocery and restaurant around the corner. Housekeeping will bring anything you ask for, and there's a 24-hour concierge. A bus to Haram runs every salah, and taxis are easy to get, 5 SAR to Haram or 10 SAR for a family. The receptionist and manager were kind and very helpful. It's a good way to avoid the high prices and small rooms of Haram hotels, while staying away from busy traffic. Definitely coming back on our next visit.
