Durrat Al Eiman Hotel

The room and room service were pleasant, and everyone at reception was kind, helpful, and accommodating. I regret not asking for their names. Ahmed Al Hujeli, the manager, has put together a good team. He helped me a lot, gave me transportation advice, and looked after my bags after I checked out. Five stars for him, and thank you. Our family stayed on Dec 22nd 2025. Check-in took a long time, which was frustrating after an 18-hour flight trip to Medina. But when I heard why, I understood. Reception said they let guests stay longer so they can pray one more time at Masjid-e-Nabvi before leaving Medina. They want guests to have a good religious experience, so they accommodate them, even if the next customer has to wait.

The staff made things go smoothly and kept checking whether everything was all right. When I had an AC issue, they sent someone right away. Housekeeping were helpful and polite too. Thanks to Mohammad Monna and Mohammed Selim for their positive attitude and the way they treated my family. They spoke Arabic with my parents, which made their stay much more pleasant. We had a comfortable triple room with two twin beds and an extra bed. It was near the elevator, so we could hear it constantly. The location is great, very close to the western courtyard, with prayer areas for men and women outside the mosque but still inside the haram.

The price was reasonable and the location near Masjid e Nabvi was ideal, but the stay was disappointing. Our three-bed room was so cramped we could barely walk, with no room for three people's luggage. It smelled strongly, and when we complained they just sprayed air freshener and opened a window. The AC wouldn't turn off and the temperature wouldn't change. The lifts were crowded and the waits were long. We stayed five days and never got a parking space.

The housekeeping team made a huge difference. Mohammed Abdul Sobir and Sakib, who work on the seventh floor, were always there when we needed something and got it done in seconds. I can't praise them enough. The mosque is only a few minutes away on foot, and having lots of coffee shops nearby was ideal. The lifts were the downside. They're very small and constantly swamped with people. Still, I had a great stay at Durrat Al Eiman and would highly recommend it.
