I came from the US excited about madinah, but the hotel is far from the haram. They weren't flexible about changing dates or offering a reasonable refund when customers' plans change. They don't answer the phone and aren't willing to listen. I won't stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and modern, with high-tech features, and the bedding was spotless and very comfortable. The private shuttle service was fairly priced and made the trip smoother. It's a perfect spot for travelers who want comfort and a convenient location close to the airport. Highly recommend.

The airport is nearby, and getting to the Prophet Mosque takes about 20-30 minutes by car. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the reception service was great. It was clean, good value, and a nice place for a night or two.

The rooms are clean but on the small side, and having just one bathroom is annoying. Room service feels luxurious, though, and the staff are really nice 😊 The reception is friendly and the place is clean.

I had a wonderful experience, thanks to the excellent service and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. One thing that would be appreciated during Ramadan is having rice and curry on the menu every day for guests observing the holy month. Thank you for your hospitality!
