Foothills Luxury Residence

The owner was understanding and let us check out later without charging extra. The apartment was spotless and in a prime spot next to AlRashed Mall, with convenient access to major attractions. I may come back and would definitely recommend it to others.

Riaz was a great help when I checked in later than planned. I found the unit clean, and the mall is close by, which makes the location excellent. There isn't a reception, which could be inconvenient, and residents upstairs can be noisy when they shut their doors. Even with those issues, my stay was decent.

This was my second stay, but it turned out completely differently from the first. We paid a high price for what was meant to be a luxury apartment, then waited half an hour just to get inside. Once in, we found flies and mosquitoes throughout and a terrible level of cleanliness. There were no other vacant apartments to move into, so we were left in an uncomfortable, dirty place. The hygiene and service were disgraceful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save your money and find somewhere that meets basic standards.

Maajid provided great service, and we really liked the apartment. It's brand new, with clean, roomy rooms, in a very quiet area. Uber to the Haram costs around 20 riyals on average. It suits travelers who want to be independent and make their own plans. Good value for money, and I'd recommend it.
