The rooms are decent, and the area is calm and in a great location. Service is really bad, though. Watch out in winter: there's no room heater, and sleeping when it's 7 degrees is very cold.

I can't recommend dealing with them. The Egyptian receptionist was awful: he booked me a ticket over the phone, but once I entered the city I called him repeatedly to confirm my reservation and got no answer. I tried ten times, with a busy signal three times. Stay away! 🛑🛑🛑🛑

The furniture is old, though somewhat acceptable for the price, and there's no washing machine. The internet is weak, and sometimes the TV doesn't work. It only works when it has internet access.

Getting tissues and bathroom supplies takes a lot of effort, and sometimes they're delayed. We also can't get a clear answer from the person in charge: when we call, we're told to speak to a worker, but the worker says to contact a supervisor. The apartment next door has all kinds of smells, and the shisha odor keeps drifting into ours, even waking us in the middle of the night. Why is there no “No Smoking” sign? They've brought shisha into the apartments!
