The security officer, Mr. DELOWAR, was attentive, friendly, and responsible. He was ready to help guests, kept security well, and made the hotel feel safe and reassuring. His politeness and care were commendable. The housekeeping team also made my stay much more comfortable. Mr. MD FIROZ and Mr. MD SAHIBUR, both Room Attendants, worked professionally and diligently. They kept the hotel area clean, tidy, and comfortable, cleaned my room thoroughly each day, and promptly replenished amenities. Their manner was always friendly and courteous. Thank you to the whole team, especially housekeeping and security, for your dedication and excellent service. I hope this quality continues and improves further.

I am staying at InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah from 25th to 31st January, and two waiters deserve special mention. Tariqul Islam was attentive, polite, and extremely helpful, making every meal pleasant. Yasin was consistently warm, respectful, and on his toes. Both showed real dedication and kindness, making the stay more memorable. The hotel is just steps from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, a wonderful location for comfort and spiritual focus in Madinah. Since we arrived, the staff have been caring, proactive, and attentive. Every request was handled promptly with a smile, and the hospitality has been outstanding. Highly recommended for a visit to Madinah, with a great mix of location, comfort, and service.

The location is convenient and close to Masjid el Nabawi, and the facilities were well maintained. The atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. I was welcomed by professional, helpful staff from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Everyone went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. I'd recommend the hotel and would happily come back.
