The Manager on Duty, Mr. Youssef, deserves special mention. His professionalism shows in how the team works, and he is a great addition to the property's management. I have stayed at Hilton properties for more than 20 years in many locations, and this was among the most welcoming and pleasant hospitality experiences I've had. The property sets a high standard, and I look forward to returning. My wife and I had an excellent stay. The property's quality, location, and atmosphere were all great, but the staff's hospitality stood out most. They were kind, generous, and attentive, and helped make our spiritual journey joyful, peaceful, and satisfying. We arrived before the scheduled check-in time, and instead of simply pointing out that we were early, the team did everything they could to make us feel welcome and relaxed and arrange a room as soon as possible. Their smiles and positive attitude meant a lot after our journey. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was a highlight, with fresh, tasty food, a nice variety, and attractive presentation. Service was quick and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were kind, respectful, and always smiling. Mr. Mohamed El-Kholy gave outstanding service, with a positive attitude and real professionalism. He went out of his way to make our stay special. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend the hotel. I'll definitely come back.

The Ramadan Suhoor and Iftar were outstanding, with fresh, flavorful food and an impressive range to suit different tastes. Traditional Arabic dishes and international options were thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and kept replenished even with the crowds. Our recent stay at Hilton Madinah exceeded all expectations. Service was best-in-class from the moment we arrived, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every team member went above and beyond to look after our comfort, especially during the busy Ramadan period.

The meal was a highlight, with plenty of salads, main courses, and desserts to choose from. Mohamed Alkholy made dinner especially enjoyable and was professional and genuinely pleasant with guests. I spent two nights in a Deluxe partial Haram view room, and the location was perfect. Everyone I dealt with, from reception and the bell staff to the restaurant team, was courteous. Thanks to Madinah Hilton and Mohamed.

Chef Ismail's food was fantastic, and he was just as wonderful when it came to looking after guests. Mohammed al Kouly also helped with everything we needed. The service was 10/10, and I had such a lovely experience at madinah hilton. I'd definitely recommend it.
