The location is the strongest point. I could leave my room after Iqamat and still make Fajr prayer. The staff are supportive, but guest services are limited, with no laundry, restaurant, or cafe. Rooms are very small, and the old furniture can make you feel stuck sometimes. Cleanliness is subjective, so you may or may not like it.

Good price, beautiful hotel, and close to Masjid e Nabvi. The staff are so nice and polite. Highly recommended.

The only good thing is the location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Masjid e Nabawi. The room and washroom were dirty, and the service was bad. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the washroom seat was broken, and there was no room service. They didn't even provide a bottle of water.

A great place to stay near Masjid Al-Nabvi (SAW).

The location is handy for Masjid Nabawi, but the stay was disappointing for the price. The toilets had serious drainage problems, with water and hair collecting and sometimes flowing into the room. There was a constant bad smell in reception and the lobby. The hotel was crowded, the lifts were so busy I often had to take the stairs, and the room cards sometimes didn't work properly. I expected better maintenance and service.
