Capt. Rezaul really stood out. He kept checking whether guests needed anything and went out of his way to make sure people felt comfortable and cared for. His kindness and attention made our visit more memorable. We also appreciated the professional, friendly staff throughout the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of delicious choices. Being so close to the Haram made prayers and visits convenient all day. We had a wonderful stay at Millennium Taiba Hotel and would gladly return.

From the check-in team to the concierge and housekeeping, everyone made us feel valued. Amal, the Guest Relations Manager, was especially attentive and polite, checking in regularly and helping make each day comfortable and relaxed. Mr. Rezaul’s warm manner, professionalism, and readiness to help made a real difference. His genuine care for guests deserves recognition. The restaurant team also served a good variety of food with consistent quality and attentive service. Cleanliness and care for guests were evident each day. Millennium Taiba Hotel Madinah is conveniently located for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The whole team helped make our stay enjoyable, and we’d recommend the hotel to family and friends. Thank alooot, Captain Reda, for every thing ❤️❤️❤️ The food, welcoming atmosphere, and service at the Millennium Taibah Hotel Restaurant all exceeded our expectations. Captain Reda made a big difference with his professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality. He kept making sure we and our colleagues from Duyouf Al Bait Company were comfortable and looked after. Biyazid looked after our room, and his kindness, helpfulness, and positive attitude made a real difference. He consistently went above and beyond. The whole team was warm and ready to help. Our room was spacious, well kept, and very comfortable after long days. The Masjid is a short walk away, with shops and a supermarket nearby, which was handy for our family. We loved our stay in Madina and will choose this hotel again.
