Mysk Touch Al Balad Rawafed Hotel

The food at mysk was the best of all the places I've been in Makkah, and they cater for everyone. I was really disappointed after that at Telal, despite its 5-star rating. The food there was one-dimensional, and the carpets were dirty and the beds old. I don't think ratings should be used.

We couldn't have chosen a better place in Medina. When the third bed proved too small, they replaced it, going further than I expected. Our family was also offered complimentary evening meals, which were lovely, and the room upgrade gave us a spectacular Harm view. The hotel's entrance lines up directly with gate 305 of the Haram at Masjid Nabawi, and that made it easy for a family member who got lost to find us. The food was excellent, with great attention to detail. I'd recommend booking both breakfast and dinner. Many thanks to the front desk team, Main, Mohammad Sajal and Mizanur, for all their help and care. Great hospitality, service, food, and accommodation.

From 28th December 2025 to 1st January 2026, we had a wonderful stay at Mysk Al Balad hotel. Masjid e Nabwi is right across from the hotel at Gate 305. Everyone was courteous and cheerful, and room service was efficient. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were invited to dinner for our whole stay, and both that and breakfast had lots of variety and tasted delicious. I can't remember the dining hall manager's name, but he was an absolute gentleman. Thanks to everyone at Mysk Al Balad hotel for making the visit so special. Insha Allah, we'll come back.

The renovated hotel is decent and very well located, especially for men. Women have a bit of a walk to reach the harem's women entrance. Breakfast had a good range, though finding a table during busy periods can be hard. We didn't spend much time in our room, which was on the small side, as was the bathroom. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were attentive, but the front desk could be more welcoming.
