The room service lunch wasn't very good, and I hope they improve the food or bring in a better chef so it matches the standard of the other departments. The online menu is hard to read on a phone, too. A mobile-friendly version would make ordering easier. It would also help guests if the hotel offered a golf cart ride to and from the Masjid, even for a fee. The service, on the other hand, really stood out. The concierge gave me a pleasant welcome, and reception and housekeeping were polite, respectful, and professional the whole time. The front desk team were especially warm and helpful. I've rarely received service that welcoming, and it made my stay at Novotel memorable.

We were accommodated before the official check-in time, and getting checked in was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, modern, luxurious, and beautifully kept, with nothing to complain about. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and ready to help. We could order delicious drinks on the ground floor, and Shaquille deserves a special thanks for making us feel so welcome. A perfect stay, 10/10. I'd gladly return and recommend this hotel.

The pastries were fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, and Mr. Amar made a wonderful hot milk tea. His kindness and service made that comforting drink especially memorable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and being so close to the Nabawi mosque made it easy to get to worship. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. I'd gladly stay here again.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous spread of fresh choices each morning: Arabic dishes, continental food, pastries, fruit, eggs, and other hot items. Everything was prepared well, and the restaurant staff kept it stocked and nicely presented while being attentive and welcoming. There wasn't a dinner buffet during my visit, but the staff kindly let me choose an item from the menu instead. Dinner was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served, and the team made sure I was looked after. That flexibility felt personal and was much appreciated. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, a relaxing place to return to after long days. The location near Masjid Nabawi was peaceful and convenient. Staff hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out from start to finish. Thanks to the management and whole team. I'd highly recommend Novotel Madinah and look forward to coming back.
