PARADISE

The location is a real plus, with Lulu supermarket between the hotel and Haram and Quba Market across the road. It's also only a 6-minute walk to Haram Gate 310. Room sizes are decent, reception staff are polite and helpful, Wi-Fi speed is decent, and the three spacious lifts are usually not crowded. Room service was very poor, though. Cleaning and towel changes took repeated requests, staff rarely answered calls, and we had to go downstairs in person. The TV in our room didn't work. A decent stay for the location, but service needs a lot of improvement.

The only good part was being near the masjid. The rooms were small, no towels were provided, and the washroom exhaust wasn't working. Staff were unprofessional and service was extremely poor. It felt like negative 5, with no value for money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms and washroom were very small, though clean, and the washroom had been newly built. The hotel is only worth considering for its location, and it might be value for money if you can bargain. The name is no longer Paradise hotel, and it has changed, so many people don't know it and it's hard to find. Room service and hotel staff weren't supportive at all. I'd call it a 1 Star hotel.

The location was the one good thing. Service was horrible, and the staff were very unprofessional. Guests and bags crowded the lobby because nobody was available to take luggage up to the rooms. The lifts were slow too. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
