The toilet was so small it was difficult to use, and the AC monitor on the wall didn’t work. The room was dirty and lacked basic things. Furniture was old and broken, and the bed and sheets were dirty, with clear spots on the sheets. There was no tea, coffee, or water service in the room. Staff weren’t cooperative. They took advance money, and cancellation wasn’t possible. I attached real pictures of the room. The pictures on booking apps are photo shopped. I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend it.

Being so close to Masjid an-Nabawi made getting to prayers easy, just a short walk from Rawdat Al Mokhtara Hotel (Rawdat Al Mokhtara Hotel). The reception team were welcoming and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. I had a very pleasant stay and found the service good.

The rooms were tiny, very dirty, and furnished with pieces that looked older than my grandparents. We had booked four days but left after two. The receptionist Umar was extremely rude and would not try to help or accommodate us, and the Bengali staff also seemed to have an attitude. Honestly, staying on the road would be better.

The location was the one good thing. The room itself was filthy, there were needles on the bedboard, and the toilet smelled like rotten cheese. Dirtiest hotel I've ever visited.

I'd stay somewhere else. The carpet and bathroom were especially unclean, and the bathroom was old too. There were no outlets beside the beds. Staff and service workers came across as unfriendly and quite arrogant.
