Retaj Al Rawda

I’d book Retaj Al Rawda Hotel again for its clean rooms, fair prices, welcoming feel, and kind staff. The receptionist, housekeeping team, and owner were humble, honest, and patient with pilgrims, and they made sure we were comfortable. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi (Madinah Al Munawwarah), which was handy for prayers and ziyarat. I had a bad experience arranging a trip to historical places in Madina through people outside the hotel. Salim, Hassani, and Ashraf offered help and promised guidance, comfort, and safety, but I was fooled and charged 150 riyals for a trip that only stopped at one place near the hotel. The usual ziyarat price through the hotel’s proper contacts is just 10 riyals per person. I’d suggest asking the receptionist or hotel staff to connect you with a guide, and being cautious of people who approach you outside. I’m attaching a picture of the person who tricked me. Despite that, my stay at Retaj Al Rawda Hotel was pleasant, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Madinah.

Our four groups stayed at Ritaj Al Rawadha Hotel, and everyone was very satisfied. The staff were helpful and the hospitality was good. It’s a suitable spot for families and groups, with Masjid E Nabawi about a 10 to 12 minute walk away.

Really bad stay. The rooms felt cramped, the staff were unprofessional, and the hotel is a long way from the haram.

For six nights, the room worked perfectly for me. The staff were professional and supportive, and cleaning, warm water, and the air conditioning were all excellent.
