The rooms are so small there’s barely any space for a family to have breakfast or even get clothes out of the luggage. Staying with my family was manageable, but sharing a room with someone else would be a struggle. It’s a one-star hotel, so don’t expect hotel standards. Basically, just a bed, sleep, pray, and repeat.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at rotana. Muhammad Bilal abbasi also gave us very good service.

The reception staff are really friendly💕❤️👍. The rooms are clean and fine, though there’s an unpleasant smell in the corridor.

The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the food was unmatched, with lots of dishes from different countries to choose from. The staff were kind, considerate, and very helpful. I’d recommend this excellent hotel to family and friends.

Recently renovated rooms, and the staff were very helpful. It’s budget friendly and close to the prophet's masjid, so I recommend staying here.
