The food arrived quickly, hot and freshly made. I tried the lentil soup, okra (ladyfingers) stew, and rice. The soup was rich and well seasoned, the okra had a flavorful sauce and was cooked perfectly, and the aromatic rice went nicely with both. It all tasted homemade and satisfying. The restaurant is inside Sanabel AlMadinah hotel, and the service and organization reflected that. It's clean and comfortable, with a good range of dishes for different tastes. Staff were friendly, polite, and professional, attentive without getting in the way. Prices felt reasonable for the quality and location, and the meal was smooth and enjoyable. I visited while staying in Madinah and would recommend it to hotel guests or anyone visiting Madinah who wants a reliable, tasty meal with good service.

The walk to Masjid Al Nabawi is only about two minutes, with easy access for both men and women, and Mr. Naief Al Harbi arranged our stay there. Tea, coffee, and cookies were available all day, which made things more comfortable. We had a very pleasant visit, and I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The best part is the location: Nabawi Mosque and the shops are an easy walk away. It stayed cool inside despite the heat outdoors. Our room was comfortable, and they sometimes put snacks out in the lobby in the morning. The food was just okay to me.

It’s close to the Haram and affordable, but that’s about all it has going for it. The service was basically nonexistent, the showers ran hot or cold, the sheets were dirty, and the pillows were hard. Staff were rude and unsociable. There are beds to sleep in, and not much else.

The room was clean, the appliances worked, and Grand Plaza is right across the street for shopping. We were in the third row behind Masjid Nabawi, about five minutes on foot from gate 338, which is convenient for women. At mealtimes, the Indonesians kept taking dishes from the Malaysian side, so our food ran out quickly. Management should change the banner wording to MALAYSIAN ONLY and INDONESIAN ONLY. I’d also suggest making sure everyone wears the provided lanyard so staff can identify nationalities, and telling the mutawif to remind their jamaah to eat at their assigned place.
