Taiba Front Hotel

Muhammad Ali in the restaurant gave us amazing service and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was really good, fresh, and served properly. The location is excellent, and the staff were courteous and very helpful. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.

Our room on the 14th floor was surprisingly spacious and felt much more comfortable than the nearby Movenpick. We didn’t try the dining options, but the hotel was clean, well maintained, and seemed to be run with care. The whole team, from the front desk and security to housekeeping, were warm, helpful, and welcoming. The location made every trip to the Haram easy and peaceful, with direct access to the women’s prayer area at gate 329 in Masjid Nabawi. The hotel is a fantastic choice in Madinah, especially for families and anyone wanting easy access to the women’s prayer section. For a three-star property, the stay felt exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The lift system can be slow at peak times. It might help to encourage younger guests to use the wide, clean, well-lit stairs, which have security cameras, and stay on lower floors, easing congestion for everyone. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

We appreciated the complimentary upgrade to room 637. It was a thoughtful gesture, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel is calm and suitable for families, with comfortable rooms and housekeeping staff who tried their best to keep everything organized. There was a little dust in the room, though, and it caused us some allergy discomfort. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Masjid an-Nabawi for prayers. The service was good overall, and I’d still recommend the hotel for its location and helpful staff. I hope they improve the cleanliness further.

There are plenty of eateries and shops nearby, and Supermarket Bin Dawood is just downstairs. Nabawi Mosque’s Gate 330 is only a few steps away, which is especially convenient for older people, families with kids, and visitors with special needs. Our room was quite spacious, and breakfast had a very good range of choices. Mr. Azizul Islam and Ali in the restaurant were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We had a very good 5 days here, alhamdulillah.
