Tu Garden Al Madinah

Getting around independently was straightforward with Careem. A ride to Masjid al-Nabawi was usually 10-14 SAR, while the return could cost about 25-35 SAR because of the crowds. The main drawbacks for me were the location and the room WiFi. There were no nearby grocery stores or supermarkets, so I depended on delivery apps like Hunger Station, and the connection was weak enough that I used mobile data instead. Still, the cleanliness, helpful reception staff, kind shuttle driver, and free rides to and from Masjid al-Nabawi for every prayer except Dhuhr made for a great stay. I’d give it 8.5/10, and it felt like good value for money.

Breakfast was satisfying and a nice start to the day, and the rooms were clean with a fridge, oven, kettle, and hot plate. We stayed with family from December 26 to December 31, and the transportation service to Madinah made getting around more comfortable. Mr. Mohammed Ahmed and Mr. Mahmoud Salem were exceptionally hospitable, exceeding what I expected. It was a wonderful, hassle-free stay at Madinah Tu Jardin Hotel, and I highly recommend it.

We spent seven nights here during Ramadhan, and the staff were happy to handle our requests, even changing the room layout. The courtyard inside the hotel has comfortable cultural seating, and our room had plenty of storage along with a large TV, iron, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, and sink. The bed was comfortable, and the brand-new bathroom was spotless. Outside Salah times, a taxi to the haram was easy to find and cost about £3/15 SAR. It was simple to get dropped at gate/entrance 7 of Masjid An-Nabawi. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend.

It’s a peaceful, pleasant place, with clean, roomy rooms and easy access from a good location. The people there were friendly and helpful. May God reward you with goodness.
