I paid around 300 riyals per night for four nights, and the hotel wasn't worth it. The room key card failed almost every day, so I had to keep going to reception to have it fixed. Housekeeping and room service weren't provided daily, even after I asked for cleaning more than twice. The evening receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant, speaking unprofessionally. The room quality and hospitality made this one of my worst stays. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.

There's no breakfast or buffet, but a bus shuttle runs at the exact time before each prayer. Walking to Masjid Al Nabawi takes about 15 minutes, or you can take a taxi for up to 10 Rial. The hotel is clean, and for the price it's suitable.

I spent two nights there and wouldn't recommend it for a trip to Madinah. The internet in the room barely worked, and the service was poor. I asked for towels and water, but neither arrived. When I needed a trolley to move my things at checkout, no one sent one. I'd choose another hotel.

Our window wouldn't close, and the traffic noise carried on day and night, so we couldn't sleep. The hotel is a good distance from the Medina mosque, and it wasn't worth the price. Booking.com said transport to the mosque was provided for every prayer, but that wasn't true. We had to pay 20 Sar for each round trip, five times a day.
