Wefada al zahra hotel

The location is decent, very close to Masjid E Nabawi, but service was really slow. Our room phone didn't work, and we had to ask reception multiple times to turn on the water heater since we couldn't access it ourselves. The bathroom smelled bad and got very slippery when water was on the tiles. Towels were insufficient, too. We arrived from Mecca in the evening needing showers, but there were no fresh towels. After an hour and two trips to reception, we got three towels for four people and were told we'd get more the next morning.

Assalamualaikum. The beds were comfortable, there are 7 lifts in the building, and it's close to Masjid e Nabwi. But if you're coming with family, don't stay here. They don't provide enough service, and staff are always late. We waited 4 hours for shampoo after asking, and the staff and receptionist were very rude. In our 7 days there, we didn't get a single room service. They'd say staff would come after 5 PM, then show up at namaz time.

The helpful staff, comfortable bed, good location, and AC made the stay okay. Al Zahrah Hotel might suit 1 to 2 people for a night, but it wasn't roomy enough for families. Our room felt cramped, with six beds squeezed into a five bed room, a very small, congested bathroom, and a bathtub that wasn't very clean. The room smelled a little, the fridge was somewhat rusty, and the sheets and blankets weren't clean enough. There weren't enough towels, or any hangers or laundry bags. We had a wheelchair and couldn't fit it in the room. There's no parking, either. Wifi only reached two of the beds and sometimes went out for about half an hour. The location was good, though, and the bed was comfortable.

The location is on the extension side of Masjid-e-Nabawi, about a 7 minute walk away. Pick and drop buses stop in front, and parking is available in the basement. Restaurants are on the mezzanine floor, with groceries and gift shops around. The hotel has a spacious sitting area and reception, good lifts, and clear, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the environment felt clean and healthy.
