The location is great, the food was great, and the room size was just right. Cleanliness was a problem, though. The room smelled like a smoking area, and the lobby was full of people smoking. Four out of ten toilets were unclean, and the sofa was dirty.
There’s plenty of extra parking behind The Grand Valley Hotel, and it’s a good choice when visiting Najran. It’s in a nice spot in the newer part of town. The hotel is very nice, although the rooms feel a little dated. Staff were kind and courteous, and breakfast was pretty good.
The hotel might be okay if the AC didn’t blow straight at the head of the bed, which can give you a cold. Breakfast could also be fresher and tastier.
It’s really bad. The place isn’t clean, there isn’t much light, and the elevator is down. The restaurant is bad too.
The room was comfortable and the restaurant served delicious food. It’s a very beautiful place, and a high standard hotel at an affordable price. Love this place ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
