Le Park Concord Najran

The hotel is clean, but the breakfast and service are both very basic.

Friendly, helpful staff made a good impression, and Sohel deserves thanks for the hospitality and service 🌸🌸🌸🌸. The hotel is near the main road, with parking out front, and it’s wheelchair accessible. Supermarkets, local shops, a hospital, and restaurants are nearby. The internet worked well, too. The restaurant is on the top floor and has a beautiful view. We couldn't enjoy the sunset, though, because the windows were dusty. With all the sand around town and so few rainy days, I can see how cleaning such a huge glass surface is difficult 😔.

I was there for seven nights during Ramadan. The rooms were clean and tidy, with daily cleaning and renovation, and I found the bed comfortable and the pillows good quality. Room service was good, and the suhoor service in the room was also nice, though the juice wasn't good. Sometimes dishes from the menu were missing until we called and insisted. Internet was fast and secure, but access depended on the floor. It worked in the reception room, not the bedroom. Parking service was excellent. Reception staff were good and cooperative, but they should explain the available services and facilities to visitors. There was a mosque, supermarket, and restaurant very nearby.

I went for the buffet and to look around the amenities, rather than staying in a room. The food was good, and there's a welcoming lounge with several coffee and tea spots. The gym setup looked pretty nice, too, with massage rooms, lockers, a sauna, and a jacuzzi area. I heard the rooms are really nice as well.
