The hotel has changed a lot. The new management is working very hard to improve the services.

The service fell short, and the hotel didn't seem concerned with guest comfort. Cleanliness was poor too. I had a very disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend it or return.

The A/C stopped working last night while I was in the room, where I'd already been staying for two days. When I asked the receptionist to move me, he rudely said it wasn't possible, and there was no technician available at night. This was my third stay here. The previous two times, reception and the other employees gave me the worst service, and their attitude was very bad. Ask for all the details before booking. I won't stay here again.

Happy Ramadan! The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and it looked as good as it tasted. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for all their hard work, especially the cooks. Hope you keep up the good work!

At 350 SAR a night for one room with a hall, the price is very high for what you get. The breakfast wasn't good, with little food and no variety. Rooms weren't clean, there were no towels in the washroom or water boilers, and cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout, even in the rooms. I also believe the hotel has read the previous review comments but hasn't taken any further action about people's complaints. It was a very bad experience.
