Jaww Altamayoz Suites

The staff are friendly, and it’s accessible to saftco, food, and grocery stores. They don’t speak much English, though.

I want to share exactly what happened during my stay. I was traveling and hoped things would go smoothly, but I only read the reviews after booking. We all make mistakes, I suppose. I went to bed and woke up to find the water heater had stopped working. Before leaving for work, I asked the Egyptian guy at the counter to have it fixed by the time I returned. When I got back, he handed me a note saying I couldn’t enter the room, among other things. I stayed five days, then asked for a refund. Another hotel told me they don’t give refunds because I had signed a contract. It was an experience, and God willing, I won’t repeat it. This is what I saw myself, and I wanted to let people know. If there were a rating below one star, I’d give it. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.

The place is clean, but they’ve been without internet for months. You arrive tired from traveling and just want to sleep, then they tell you to go get a Wi-Fi connection. Seriously? May God forgive them.

The price is low compared with other places, but the air conditioner and fridge don’t work properly, and everything feels old. You can also hear through the door between the rooms. I’d only stay for one night. Try bargaining, especially if you need more than one room, since you may get a price below 150.
