There is a working cafe now, and parking is available nearby. For Indian visitors, especially South Indians, hotel Saravana bhavan is close by. The room setup wasn't good, though: the bed by the AC didn't get cool air, and the cooling overall was average. The toilet had a leak and a bad smell, and the water wasn't flowing properly. Maintenance was poor. It looked okay last time.

The management is lacking in a lot of services, and the place wasn't clean. I got the flu 30 minutes after arriving. Omer abdulsalam at reception was the worst receptionist I've encountered: judgmental and pointing fingers.

The manager's friends sit around the so-called lounge with their feet up on the sofas, as though they own the place. That felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The furniture is old, damaged, depressing, and carelessly thrown together, like it was salvaged from a dumpster. The room was filthy beyond what I could accept. When I entered, there were drops of urine on the toilet seat. I politely asked the manager to get it cleaned, and someone came and wiped it with only a tissue and water. When I asked for disinfectant, they said they had none, not even soap. Apparently they clean everything with water alone, which is revolting. I knew this was a budget guesthouse, but I didn't expect to put my health at risk. This place should be shut down for public health. I can't imagine anyone staying here without feeling disgusted. Avoid it at all costs.
