We only spent a few hours here overnight during a 12-hour layover after changing airlines. The room was roomy and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and check-in went smoothly. At checkout, though, a different receptionist couldn't speak English, which made things difficult. The website said an airport drop-off was available, and we'd asked ahead, but nothing had been arranged. We called an Uber; the driver had no card machine, and the receptionist wouldn't exchange our USD for SAR. Luckily, the driver was more accommodating and took USD.

The housekeepers were welcoming, and the rooms are nice. The internet is so slow that I'm not sure it works at all, and the TV channels keep cutting out. They should improve the connection.

You can see they're making an effort, which is a shame because breakfast really needs work and wasn't good. The beds were uncomfortable, and noise from the reception carried into the rooms with no sound insulation.

The building is newly built, and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Staff were cooperative, and I had a good experience here.

We booked two nights and two rooms, but when we arrived, neither room was ready. We came back later and found that they'd apparently cancelled the booking. I can't rate the rooms since we never got to stay.
