I felt safe and everything seemed well organized during my stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive to what guests needed. The service and professionalism were outstanding. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Aber Hotel made us feel comfortable and welcome, from housekeeping to the people helping with luggage. I especially want to thank Omar at reception. He was polite, professional, and respectful, and even my friends recommended him to us. He deserves a higher position. The room was good quality, and the hotel has a lovely environment. The service was very good, the staff were sincere and behaved very well. A really nice hotel.

I've stayed at Aber Hotel for five months, and lately the experience has gone downhill. The new manager is rude and unprofessional, which makes interactions with the staff unpleasant. The rooms are always noisy, so it's very hard to rest or sleep comfortably. The service overall is poor, and some employees treat guests negatively and disrespectfully, which is disappointing for a hotel of this level. I tried more than eight different rooms before finding one that was even slightly more tolerable noise-wise. I'm very disappointed in the management and service, and hope the hotel takes serious steps to improve staff behavior and guest comfort.
