Admire Apart' Hotel

This place has been getting worse, and this may be my last stay in such an unfriendly environment. No one smiles, and everyone acts like a big boss. Basic things need repeated reminders. There’s never a towel ready at check-in, and you have to keep asking for cleaning and housekeeping. There’s no way to signal that you want the room cleaned, so you have to call reception, and they might not answer. Then the cleaner can take ages to show up. Supplies only arrive after you ask over and over. On my third visit, the shower holder was broken, and I had to report it myself. Staff don’t take the initiative to let you know about things. The service is very poor and not worth the money.

For a business stay, I liked the design and decoration, the convenient location near services, and the friendly, helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The housekeeping was good, and the place was clean. There are kitchen appliances, a kids’ playground, and clean, comfortable stairs for getting some exercise instead of taking the elevator. The price felt too high. There were construction problems in the bathroom, and the kitchen and minibar could be improved. Parking is limited and gets crowded. The pool needs better security and safety for kids.

There’s heavy cigarette smoke throughout, which is really unpleasant, especially if you don’t smoke. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms seriously need renovation and maintenance.

It’s a budget place to stay, and the room rate is okay. The rooms have good space, though the toilets are small, and some are especially tiny. There’s no bathtub. Breakfast has been the same every day, apparently unchanged for the last 3-4 years.
