The service was fast, and the staff were accommodating and humble. The place was very clean, the price was reasonable, and the neighborhood was nice.

The location is central for Riyadh’s well-known tourist attractions and King Khalid international airport. I’ve stayed here for long periods and wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Riyadh. It’s a pleasant place, the staff are welcoming, and the owner clearly makes cleanliness a priority. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of the property and its guests.

I’ve been staying at this furnished apartment regularly for six months, and it still feels comfortable, well-equipped, and like home. It’s in north Riyadh, in Al yasmeen, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a cozy, pleasant stay. You feel at home as soon as you walk in.

The apartment was clean, but management was uncooperative and the service was very poor. I stayed for a week and received no service during that time. They said basics like water, tea, and tissues are only provided on the first day, then you have to pay for them.

The manager checked whether I’d enjoyed my stay and asked what could be improved. The receptionists were friendly too. I’ve already told my friends about this place.
