Salma was so kind and attentive, and her professional hospitality made sure guests were comfortable. She really added something special to the experience. At Fawanees Al Faisaliah, the Ramadan décor felt both luxurious and comfortable. There was a broad buffet selection of Eastern and Western dishes and desserts, laid out neatly and prepared with care. The soft, classy music fit the mood too. It was never distracting, just a lovely addition to the meal.

Amal، Mohammed, Gulam, and Gevelyn were warm, professional, and hospitable throughout the evening, and their care made the visit memorable. At the Ramadan Fawanees Tent at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, the food ranged from traditional Ramadan dishes to international choices, all prepared with quality and attention. The elegant decorations and warm lighting created a welcoming atmosphere that captured the spirit of Ramadan. The service was attentive and professional as well. I’d recommend the Fawanees Tent in Riyadh for a refined, authentic Ramadan evening.

Our stay was easier because the hotel kitchen team, Ranel Lumahang and Majula Liyanage, went out of their way to prepare baby food for our family. Their patience, flexibility, and kindness meant a lot to us, and their dedication to meeting guests’ needs really showed. Salma from Concierge brought such positive energy. She showed us the kids area and coffee area, which was a lovely addition. Mr. Marcous and another manager also welcomed us warmly and checked that we were happy. The Iftar at Fawanis was delicious, with a good range of well-presented food and a comfortable, family-friendly feel. I was greeted by name and professionally and warmly escorted to my table. The hostess was kind and made a great first impression, though unfortunately I didn’t get her name. A really good visit, I’d happily come back and recommend it. 🌙
