The mattresses felt old and worn, and the window AC made a loud tripping noise that kept me from sleeping well. My room was very small, and the bathroom was even tighter and really uncomfortable to use. I also couldn't get a steam iron, tea creamers, or even a basic shaving kit. At Furat Hotel Olaya I stayed for 3 nights, and it was quite disappointing. It seems the hotel is counting on its Olaya location while charging high rates without providing comfort or facilities to match. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it, and I expected better.

You can hear people at night, and drilling started early in the morning. The walls are extremely thin. Avoid it if a good night's sleep matters to you.

The price wasn't exactly cheap, though it was still lower than other options I looked at. The location is perfect, and for what I paid, it's the best one I found. This is a good hotel, just not my top choice. I'd avoid the first two floors, since people talking outside make them too noisy.

It's a clean place with really friendly staff. The only problem was the old air conditioning units, which made a very annoying noise.

It's neat and clean, and close to Kingdom Tower. I found it reasonably priced by comparison and suitable for an official visit. The part that annoyed me was having to order and pay for drinking water, since none was provided when I arrived.
