The location was a real plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including STC phone company. The Metro Line 1 and the city bus station are both about a five-minute walk away. I stayed three nights and found it good value. The room was basic but comfortable, clean, and tidy, though clearly not brand new.

It's a good place, but it needs some upgrades. The sheets and pillow covers were old and dirty, and there were no bath towels in the bathroom. They should be replaced with new ones.

I was there from August 16 to 24, 2025, and my experience felt like hell. I fell asleep feeling unwell and forgot to pay for one day, August 24. They called me around 100 times and knocked on my door about 30 times over the 150 SAR payment. They ruined my whole day and made me feel like a criminal. The Egyptian guy was especially rude, and the night shift room attendant was rude too. The Egyptian guy and the Bangladesh guys showed no respect. The hotel's linen was like garbage. For me, this place rates zero percent. I swear to God I'll never come back.

Room upkeep was a problem during my extended stay: the room wasn't cleaned and the bedsheets weren't changed. There were also cockroaches when I entered, no toilet seat protection, and no water or tissues. When I complained, the staff weren't helpful, which made the stay frustrating. Cleanliness and customer service both need improvement.
