The location couldn't be better, and the room itself was fine, with a big, comfortable bed. But we'd booked a room with a bath and were given one without. The receptionist handed us keys to check rooms ourselves, which was strange. We couldn't find one, so they sent someone, and it took 45 minutes to locate the room. The bathroom smelled like sewage, which was disgusting.

The location is the main draw. It's right on King Fahd road, within walking distance of Kingdom Tower and Habib Medical center, and no other hotel in the area costs less than three times as much. The room is spacious and the staff are friendly. For the price, I don't think you'll find a better hotel, but don't expect much beyond that.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the price was good. The location is good too. There aren't enough outlets, and they're 110v. Staff were okay. There's no breakfast launge, and you have to pay for water in the room. The lobby needs renewing.

I've stayed here three times now and will keep coming back. The location is perfect, customer service is really good, and the facilities are more than adequate.
