Al Muhaidb Residence Khorais - Economic

The location and service were good, and the employees were friendly and hardworking. The rooms are the problem: the AC barely works, the toilets don’t flush properly, and all the power sockets are the old kind. Who still uses those?

For this price, I found the stay unsatisfying. There are better places in the same range, and management needs to improve the service. The flush didn’t work properly, water pressure was low, nearby food choices were limited, and the room had uncomfortable chairs and old sofas. I was disappointed.

Avoid this place if you travel for business. The hotel is unprofessional and couldn’t even provide an invoice with the correct information. I also contacted them on WhatsApp and by email, and spent many minutes calling from overseas.

The only reason I extended my stay was the front desk and door staff. They were so sweet and understanding, and I want to thank the reception workers Mada and Ilham for their warm welcome and treatment. Without them, this would have been a terrible stay. The hotel itself feels like it’s from the 2000s, and needs renovation. The bathrooms have old stains, broken door handles, and old AC units. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if style and cleanliness matter to you.
