The place feels old. The rooms need an upgrade.

The apartment was in very poor shape, and cleanliness was a serious problem. The furniture was dirty, including the floor mats and stained, uncomfortable living room sofas, so sitting on the wooden floor was the only option. The kitchen was worn out and didn't even have basic things like glasses. A worker said utensils are provided only to monthly tenants. They also brought used blankets and sheets without bags, or washed them. Water pressure was weak throughout the apartment, and staff didn't respond to repair requests. The small refrigerator, electric oven, and kettle were the only things I liked. The reception and sofas on the ground floor were clean, though, since they were right at the front of the building, and they gave a good impression. The building's facade looked civilized too. The previous management was excellent. Workers spray perfume in the air every day to kill germs, because of the pollution and lack of cleanliness. Their main concern seems to be money, not service or keeping customers. God Almighty said, "And you love wealth with immense love." I may have been unfair to them in what I wrote and in my rating, may God forgive me. These apartments need to be inspected before anyone moves in.

The service needs to match what guests pay. You’re running a real estate business, not freelancing. My advice is to do maintenance every month, replace broken things, and train the staff in reception and customer service.
