The location was good and the price felt like good value. The service team responded when I asked, though there was no daily room service unless I requested it. Parking was an issue, and the mattress was too soft. The room was set up for smoking, with an ashtray, but luckily I noticed no lingering smoke smell or neighbors smoking during my stay. Given the smoking policy, I wouldn't consider it again when traveling with a child.

We had a good week-long stay, with good rooms, all the amenities we needed, and good service. They clean every day when you let them know. Parking was a problem for us, since the property doesn't have private parking. The main discomfort was smoke coming into our hall whenever neighbors smoked in their rooms. That was difficult for me and my 10-month-old child.

Near downtown Riyadh, it’s a decent hotel, and the staff are friendly too.

I was unsure at first after seeing the ratings, and wondered whether to spend my five days in Riyadh here or somewhere else. I took the chance and ended up really happy with that choice. Breakfast, service, and overall availability were truly exceptional. Thanks, Al Massm, for making my time in Riyadh unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here, and wouldn’t let the ratings put you off.
