The people were kind, and the rooms were clean and very nice. The TV channels sometimes came through in poor quality, though it was still okay for watching sports. Breakfast was small, but fresh.

I stayed at almuhaidb sudair for 7 days. The reception lady and the sudhani gentleman were especially polite and professional. I appreciated how kind they were, even if the lady never gave me a discount 😜

They should set aside some space for a kitchen.

The good points were the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Still, I gave it 3 stars because my online reservation wasn’t on record when I arrived. There was only one trolley for all the guests, so we had to wait, and the studio had two single beds with no offer of a twin or king setup. The fridge was empty, there was no courtesy water or coffee bar, and there was no directory of services or phone numbers. Nobody explained whether breakfast was available or when it was served. The hotel coffee shop had very few food options. It felt like a place to sleep and leave. I hope management takes these points into consideration.
